By accessing or using Tanja United, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
بدخولكم إلى Tanja United أو استخدامه، فإنكم توافقون على شروط الخدمة هذه وعلى سياسة الخصوصية. إذا لم توافقوا عليها، يُرجى عدم استخدام الخدمة.
2. The service2. الخدمة
Tanja United is an independent city-focused app and website provided by Andima. It brings together practical information and cultural content related to Tangier, including transport, maps, duty pharmacies, weather-related views, beaches, music, art, and Ittihad Tanger content. The service is not affiliated with or endorsed by the City of Tangier, public transport operators, pharmacies, Ittihad Tanger, or any public authority unless expressly stated.
Tanja United تطبيق وموقع مستقلان يقدمهما Andima ويركزان على مدينة طنجة. يجمعان معلومات عملية ومحتوى ثقافياً مرتبطاً بالمدينة، بما في ذلك النقل والخرائط وصيدليات الحراسة وعروض الطقس والشواطئ والموسيقى والفن ومحتوى اتحاد طنجة. الخدمة غير تابعة لمدينة طنجة أو شركات النقل أو الصيدليات أو اتحاد طنجة أو أي جهة عامة، ولا تحظى بتأييدها، ما لم يُذكر ذلك صراحة.
3. Eligibility and permitted use3. الأهلية والاستخدام المسموح
You may use the service for lawful personal and non-commercial purposes. You must not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, extract data at scale, reverse engineer protected parts of the app, or use its content in a way that violates applicable law or another person’s rights.
يجوز لكم استخدام الخدمة لأغراض شخصية وغير تجارية ومشروعة. يُمنع إساءة استخدام الخدمة أو تعطيل عملها أو محاولة الوصول غير المصرح به أو استخراج البيانات على نطاق واسع أو إجراء هندسة عكسية للأجزاء المحمية من التطبيق أو استخدام المحتوى بما يخالف القانون أو حقوق الآخرين.
4. Information and availability4. المعلومات والتوفر
We work to keep information useful and current, but routes, schedules, fares, traffic, weather, pharmacy duty periods, fixtures, results, and other third-party information can change without notice. Always verify time-sensitive or safety-critical information with the relevant official source before acting on it. Do not rely on Tanja United for emergencies; contact the appropriate emergency service.
نسعى إلى إبقاء المعلومات مفيدة ومحدَّثة، لكن المسارات والمواعيد والتسعيرات وحركة السير والطقس وفترات حراسة الصيدليات والمباريات والنتائج وغيرها من معلومات الأطراف الثالثة قد تتغير دون إشعار. تحققوا دائماً من المعلومات الحساسة للوقت أو السلامة لدى المصدر الرسمي المختص قبل الاعتماد عليها. لا تعتمدوا على Tanja United في حالات الطوارئ، بل اتصلوا بخدمة الطوارئ المناسبة.
5. Intellectual property5. الملكية الفكرية
The Tanja United name, branding, original design, software, and original content are owned by Andima or used under permission. Third-party names, logos, media, maps, and other materials remain the property of their respective owners. These terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.
اسم Tanja United وعلامته وتصميمه الأصلي وبرمجياته ومحتواه الأصلي مملوكة لـ Andima أو مستخدمة بإذن. تبقى أسماء الأطراف الثالثة وشعاراتها ووسائطها وخرائطها وموادها الأخرى ملكاً لأصحابها. لا تنقل إليكم هذه الشروط أي حقوق ملكية.
6. Third-party services and links6. خدمات وروابط الأطراف الثالثة
The service may display information from or link to third-party services. Their own terms and policies apply when you use them. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, or practices.
قد تعرض الخدمة معلومات من خدمات أطراف ثالثة أو روابط إليها. تسري شروط تلك الخدمات وسياساتها عند استخدامها. لا نتحكم في محتوى الأطراف الثالثة أو توفره أو أمانه أو ممارساته، ولا نتحمل المسؤولية عنها.
7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability7. إخلاء المسؤولية وحدودها
Tanja United is provided free of charge on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Andima makes no warranty that the service will always be accurate, complete, uninterrupted, or error-free. Andima is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
تُقدَّم Tanja United مجاناً على أساس «كما هي» و«حسب التوفر». وفي الحدود التي يسمح بها القانون، لا تضمن Andima أن تكون الخدمة دائماً دقيقة أو كاملة أو متاحة دون انقطاع أو خالية من الأخطاء. لا تتحمل Andima المسؤولية عن الخسائر غير المباشرة أو العرضية أو التبعية الناتجة عن استخدام الخدمة أو تعذر استخدامها. لا تستبعد هذه الشروط أي مسؤولية لا يجوز استبعادها قانوناً.
8. Changes and termination8. التغييرات وإنهاء الخدمة
We may change, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the service, and we may update these terms when the service or legal requirements change. The date above shows the latest revision. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
يجوز لنا تغيير الخدمة أو تعليقها أو إيقافها كلياً أو جزئياً، كما يجوز تحديث هذه الشروط عند تغير الخدمة أو المتطلبات القانونية. يوضح التاريخ أعلاه آخر مراجعة. ويعني استمرار استخدامكم بعد التحديث قبولكم للشروط المعدلة.
9. Governing law9. القانون الواجب التطبيق
These terms are governed by the laws of Morocco, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you. Any dispute should first be raised with us so we can try to resolve it informally.
تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين المملكة المغربية، دون تقييد أي حقوق إلزامية للمستهلك تنطبق عليكم. يُرجى طرح أي نزاع معنا أولاً حتى نحاول حله بصورة ودية.
